Equine activity acknowledgment.

I understand that equine activities, including riding, groundwork, arena instruction, polo drills, handling horses, and being near horses, involve inherent risks. Horses may be unpredictable and mounted or unmounted activity may result in injury, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily choose to participate in Polo School activities with Yellowstone Polo Club and Sagebrush Equine Facility. I assume the inherent risks of equine activity and agree to follow all instructions, safety rules, equipment guidance, and staff direction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, defend, and hold harmless Yellowstone Polo Club, Sagebrush Equine Facility, Yellowstone Polo Foundation, and their owners, officers, directors, members, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from my participation in Polo School or related equine activities.
